4. Cab Bookings
4.1 Cancellation Policy
- More than 6 hours before pickup: 100% refund
- 3-6 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 3 hours or no-show: No refund
4.2 Modifications
Changes to pickup time, location, or route may be subject to additional charges and availability.
5. Activity Bookings
5.1 General Cancellation
- More than 48 hours before activity: 100% refund
- 24-48 hours before activity: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations
If an activity is cancelled due to bad weather or safety concerns by the Service Provider, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
6. How to Cancel a Booking
